New Patient Registration
We are unable to accept patient registrations at this time with immediate effect and until further notice. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We are currently closed to new patients.
We are pleased to accept new patients from anywhere within our practice area list, size permitting.
Please call in at the surgery between these times and bring your medical card/NHS number together with proof of address a copy of any repeat medication and if possible a medical summary from your previous GP with you. If accepted, an appointment will be then made for you with one of our practice nurses for a health check.
Patients with Particular Needs
Our surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair. We also have a parking space reserved for patients displaying a disabled sticker. For patients with hearing difficulties there is a hearing loop available.
We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment.
